Yes, we are fully open to prepare your taxes with a convenient & safe drive-thru, in-person, or secure email portal. Last year, thousands of AmeriFile clients loved the convenience of the drive thru service. With the drive thru window, you don’t need to make an appointment or get out of your warm car in the cold winter.  Simply drive up and drop off your tax documents. You can then go to work, run errands, or wait. Your experienced Tax Pro will call to discuss. When you return your taxes are ready to go. With Secure E-Sign, no return visit is required!

New for 2024: Drive-Thru Opens at 7:30 am after January 20. You can now drop off your tax documents before work!

What to Bring

  1. Schedule your tax appointment for Drive-Thru or In-Person
    Call Moline or Davenport

  2. Complete and bring in the information sheet below.
    Not required, but it will save time at the Drive-Thru window!

  3. Bring Photo ID
    For fastest service, make a copy of taxpayer & spouse ID.

  4. Bring a copy of last year’s taxes (only if you did not use AmeriFile last year)

  5. Make sure to bring social security numbers for everyone on your taxes!
